Educational & interactive presentations are available for professional or general audiences. Available topics include:

 

  • He, She, They: Untangling the Complexities of Gender - Learn the differences between anatomical sex, gender identity, gender expression and sexual orientation. Review stages of transition as a process for transgender clients. Identify personal bias and privilege. 

  • Disease Concept of Addiction - Learn the criteria for identifying substance use disorders, contributing factors that lead to addiction and ways to recover.

  • Problem Solving - In this interactive presentation, learn how to break down a problem into small manageable parts, identify resources for success and develop a plan of action.
